Please note the following guidelines for communication with school.

Phone calls will be returned within 48 business hours of parent’s call.

Emails  Email reply within 72 business hours of receipt 

Written letter:  Acknowledge receipt of letter within 72 hours of receipt. Communication sent at weekends may not be dealt with until the following working week, and emails sent in holidays will elicit no reply until term-time.
