The closing date for applications is 31st October 2026 for both the Local Authority Common Application Form and also Archbishop Blanch own Supplementary Information Forms.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH THE SUPPLEMENTARY FORM AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITY COMMON APPLICATION FORM IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO ARCHBISHOP BLANCH SCHOOL TO BE CONSIDERED.

Please note: Worship Reference forms should be emailed to your place of worship for completion. This should be returned to school via email by your place of worship NOT the applicant.

APPLICATIONS FOR 2027 WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM 4PM ON 2 July  2026

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM and corresponding faith reference forms will be available to download from 2 July 2026
