During the last week of January, all pupils in Year 7 were invited to attend a very exciting day delivered by undergraduate students at the University of Liverpool. The day included a range of informative and aspiration raising activities regarding life at a Russell Group University.
Our pupils were (almost!) blown away by a fantastically interactive science lecture, as well as learning about how they might manage their student finances in the not-so-distant future. There was also a tour of the campus, which truly helped give a fantastic insight into the life of a student in higher education.
We are extremely proud of our pupils, their knowledge and understanding and, of course, their exemplary behaviour and participation throughout the day. Well done Year 7!
