Big Tiny Steps Appeal

Back in November 2020 we celebrated "Go Neon for Neonatal" day in school hoping to raise as much money for Liverpool Women's Hospital - "Big Tiny Steps Appeal". We are delighted and proud to have raised an impressive £727.31. This week we have received a letter of thanks from LWHC Fundraising Office which we share an extract below: - Well done and thank you to all who contributed to such an amazing charity.

"Thank you so much for supporting our ‘Go Neon for Neo’ event and raising a fantastic £727.31 for The Big Tiny Steps Appeal at Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity.

Our Big Tiny Steps appeal is now focusing on the final phase of our new Neonatal unit – which is to provide the most comfortable living environment for our families with babies on the Neonatal unit and enable them to stay close by throughout their time with us. We are aiming to undertake a full renovation of our existing three flats to create a comfortable, home from home for each of our families, with basic amenities and home comforts on hand, to help make a stressful time a little easier.

Your fundraising will make a big difference to the appeal, helping us provide these important facilities for our most vulnerable babies and their families.

On behalf of all families and staff at Liverpool Women’s Hospital – a huge thank you!"

A Caring Christian Environment

"Our two daughters have had the best start in life thanks to the caring, enthusiastic and hardworking staff of Archbishop Blanch School. Choosing the right secondary school for one's children is such a difficult task, but we could feel the special ethos of ABS on our first visit. You inspire your pupils to achieve the academic heights of which they are capable in a happy, safe and vibrant environment."
