Over the last 6 weeks at ABS the year 7 students have been working on an anti-bullying campaign. The forms from year 7 went head to head in a competition to see who could produce the best campaign to tackle the issue of bullying within our school. Kayte Walsh from Bullybusters, an organisation that educates students on the problems of bullying came into ABS and started our bullying campaign.
Over the next five weeks the girls created new bullying policies for our school, songs, raps and even an anti-bulling cake! to tackle the issues of bullying. Kayte came back to judge their work, which she was extremely impressed with. There were some great live performances by 7AA and 7DP at the assembly. Well done to 7KM for taking the best bullying project award and well done to all the girls and their form teachers for the great work produced.
