Friends of Archbishop Blanch School - FABS
Calling all former pupils and staff members of Archbishop Blanch School, Liverpool Girls’ College or St Edmund’s College.
Please support Archbishop Blanch School by being involved with FABS
We are a welcoming and friendly committee. Miss Griffiths is one of our members. One hour meetings are held at school in the evening approximately 3/4 times per year. Our main aims are:
To facilitate keeping in touch with past members of the three schools (Archbishop Blanch, St Edmund’s & Liverpool Girls College).
To support the school via fund raising activities (usually one or two a year), with special emphasis on helping to improve the facilities and life of the Sixth Form.
Over the past 5 years we have raised several thousand pounds for the school by holding highly enjoyable events such as Fashion Shows & Sales, Casino Nights, Cheese & Wine , Antiques Evening, Ladies Beauty Event and, most recently, the organisation of the highly successful Reunion Afternoon Tea and Evening Meal for the three schools.
We are always looking for fresh ideas and if you are an “old girl” of any of the above schools and would be interested in joining our committee please contact Jeanette Coppell on 709 1452 for further details.
