Examinations Office
The Examinations Department is managed by Mrs C Miller assisted by Mrs J Black.
This academic year we have students from Year 9 through to Year 13 taking external examinations.
Year 9 will be taking their first modular science units in May/June 2010. Year 10 will be taking Religious Studies GCSE plus some sets taking modular science units and modular maths units, which will go towards their overall GCSE examinations in year 11. Year 11 will be taking their GCSE examinations in May/June 2010 plus any modular science or modular maths required to make up their GCSE. Year 12 and 13 will be taking their AS and A2 units towards their full GCE grades - some units taken in January and others in May/June 2010.
Year 9 and 10 will all receive their own 'Guidance for Students and Parents' booklet, which will explain all about external exams, during November.
Mrs Miller is always available in the school office to speak to any pupil regarding their external examinations.
