Archbishop Blanch School is delighted to announce that the school has been successfully re-awarded Investors in People status for a further three years. 

The award was first granted to the school in March 1997 and this is the third time it has been re-assessed.   Kay Newman, Deputy Head (Staffing) said “We have always felt that our staff are our major resource and through Investors in People we have developed a sound Staff Development Policy, Induction and Training Programmes.”  Stephen Brierley, the school’s Headteacher, added: “It’s a privilege to lead a school where the commitment to personal development – for both staff and pupils – is so strong.  As a Christian School we certainly believe that people are more important than things.”
